Radisson Blu Hangzhou Xintiandi

From the moment I arrived, this hotel felt like a luxurious oasis. the spacious room was beautifully furnished with exclusive amenities, including a soft, comfortable king-size bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage service, ideal for a day of relaxation. the staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the bar was not available, which was a shame as it would have been lovely to enjoy a drink in the stylish Bar/Lounge area. the other amenities and the exceptional service more than made up for this small inconvenience.

The pool area was amazing, and the gym facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided had a delicious and diverse range of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to shopping centers and restaurants made exploring the city an easy and convenient experience.

The noise levels from the construction site nearby were frequently disruptive, detracting from the otherwise relaxing ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, the lack of English-speaking staff and complicated room cleaning service made communicating with the hotel's staff difficult at times.

The breakfast buffet had many different options and the staff was very attentive. the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a weekend swim. the hotel was in a great location, close to many restaurants and shops.

The hotel was quite noisy and the walls were thin, I could hear people talking in the room next door. the staff didn't speak English very well, which made it difficult to communicate with them.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. Best aspects include the staff's really good friendliness and the excellent facilities such as the spacious room, amazing swimming pool, and gym. The hotel's location is also great as it is close to the theater and Cirque Du Soleil theatre, perfect for entertainment. The breakfast offered a lot of options, with freshly cooked items available.

The lobby bar may close early, which can be disappointing for those who enjoy a nightcap.
